1. Return Period

Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

A track & trace shipping method is required.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return label.
3. How to Initiate a Return

You will receive the correct return address and instructions.

Returns must be sent only to the address provided. Shipments sent elsewhere will be considered invalid and non-refundable.

Include the completed return form and a tracking number.
Customers are strongly advised to retain:

A photo of the item and packaging before shipping

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Include your order information and clear photo(s) showing the issue.

If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
5. Wrong Item Received

Contact us at info@auselden.com with your order information and photo(s) of the incorrect item.

We will arrange correction at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
7. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing takes up to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Your bank/PayPal may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
8. Exceptions — Partial Refunds

9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and custom manufacturing reasons, the following cannot be returned:
