Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Returns & Refunds
•⁠  ⁠You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

•⁠  ⁠To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A completed return form must be included.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

•⁠  ⁠Underwear, personal care products, health/wellness items that have been opened.

•⁠  ⁠Exception: If these items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping
•⁠  ⁠Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

•⁠  ⁠We recommend using a tracked shipping method—you’re responsible for lost returns.

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged/Defective Items
•⁠  ⁠Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

•⁠  ⁠We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Contact us at info@auselden.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Ship the item back with the return form and tracking.
