Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.


2. Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • A track & trace shipping method is required.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own return label.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@auselden.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive the correct return address and instructions.

  3. Returns must be sent only to the address provided. Shipments sent elsewhere will be considered invalid and non-refundable.

  4. Include the completed return form and a tracking number.

Customers are strongly advised to retain:

  • Proof of shipment

  • Tracking number

  • A photo of the item and packaging before shipping

We may request this information to process your return.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@auselden.com.

  • Include your order information and clear photo(s) showing the issue.

  • If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.


5. Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us at info@auselden.com with your order information and photo(s) of the incorrect item.

  • We will arrange correction at no cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.


7. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing takes up to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Your bank/PayPal may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.


8. Exceptions — Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for:

  • Items with clear signs of use

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not caused by us

  • Returns shipped after 30 days


9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and custom manufacturing reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear

  • Opened personal care or wellness products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Any hygienic item that has been opened

Exception:
If these items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days.
